All Cotton, washed up nicely, maybe shrunk a tiny bit in the dryer (hubby chucked them in by mistake) but both top and shorts still fit comfortably oversized. You can dress this up and down for a cool hot weather outfit. I bought the large. I normally wear a medium or large.
